*In order to receive your basic system, a $99.00 Activation Fee and 42-Month Monitoring Agreement at a minimum of $49.99 per month (two-way voice via cellular) are required. Advanced Interactive text and web alert, Energy Management, and Home Automation features require the purchase of additional equipment and additional activation and monthly monitoring fees. New customer must be a homeowner in an existing Vivint, Inc. service territory and meet minimum credit score requirements to qualify. Local permit fees and/or taxes may be required. Certain restrictions may apply.
**Vivint, Inc. will honor the Service Program as long as the system continues to be monitored by Vivint, or its affiliates and regular monthly payments equal to the original monitoring rates are made. The Service Program includes labor and replacement or repair of all parts, excluding alarm screens and batteries in sensing devices when the security system has been operating under normal conditions. Vivint may use new or reconditioned parts at the time of replacement and may retain any parts removed from the system. Customer shall be responsible for paying for all parts and labor or all non-covered replacements and repairs, including damage caused by remodeling or renovation, accident or abuse, misuse, acts of God, vandalism, cosmetic damage, attempted unauthorized repairs, faulty electrical or telephone connections, or causes other than normal wear and tear. All repairs shall be performed as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of notice from customer. Service is performed during normal business hours, currently 8 A.M. to 6 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Emergency service provided at other times will be charged to the customer at Vivint's existing standard rate for emergency service. Charges for non covered repairs will be based upon Vivint's existing labor and material rates. After the initial 120 day service period, a minimum $49.00 service trip fee will be assessed on both covered and non-covered service units.
